Job Summary
Experienced Automation Engineer (7+ years)
Boeing India Engineering and Technology Center is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with 7+ years of practical experience to design, develop and maintain automated test solutions in Electrical Engineering WIRS application. The ideal candidate will be proficient with UFT framework, experienced with Azure DevOps (ADO), and able to convert user stories into effective manual and automated tests. The candidate will support quality across functional; regression and integration testing using scalable automation frameworks and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using UFT framework




Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
Perform manual testing when necessary to verify critical functionalities.
Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues.
Proficient in Agile Methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in automation testing using UFT framework
Experience in Linux basic commands.
Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Experience in Database testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile setting.
Solid understanding of the defect lifecycle and defect reporting best practices.
Experience creating manual test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
