Job Summary
Job Description Salesforce Developer:Should have overall experience of 3-5+ yrs.Should have hands-on experience in Sales, Service and Marking Cloud.Should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Admin and Sustainment.Should have hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, VF Page.Should have experience in Integration using REST API, SOAP, Architecture and Design experience in Enterprise Web Applications.Should have excellent communication skills and able to work independently by coordinating with various vendor team to complete the project especially.Should have good experience in application support and taking care of the day-to-day activities, Client Management and Team management.Should be aware of incident management, request management and change management process.Should have Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.Familiar with setup VScode, Source Tree for doing development and deployment.Should have Devops Experience with tools like Jenkins.Experience with code versioning tools,



such as GitHub.Ability to work independently and keep management adequately informed.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex programming language to enhance the functionality of salesforce platform.
3. Implement salesforce lightning components and features to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
4. Collaborate within team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for salesforce projects.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to salesforce implementation or integrations.

Skill Requirements
1. Experience in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
2. Experience in salesforce apex development for custom coding and building salesforce applications.
3. Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Positive problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in salesforce platform efficiently.

Other Requirements
1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
