Role Overview
Oversee the complete rebate process, both locally and internationally. Provide support to the business in managing rebate agreements,



including the maintenance of a comprehensive tracker sheet for all existing customers. Conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy and update accrual levels on a monthly basis. Ensure proper documentation of rebate agreements for audit purposes. Calculate rebate values for customers and meticulously review calculations for accuracy. Collaborate closely with sales teams and customers during this process. Generate monthly reports for various countries and facilitate clear communication between sales and finance teams regarding rebate matters. Manage the rebate process within SAP, overseeing rebate agreements from inception to closure. Maintain appropriate manual accrual levels for indirect customers and consistently seek opportunities to enhance the rebate process. Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency improvements. Regularly review and clean up existing rebate agreements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business or equivalent qualification. Professional qualification in finance or accounting. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance role. Fluent in English and French.
