Lead Analyst - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Risk - Loan Review - 8+ Years - Gurgaon/Pune

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Credit Risk professional with expertise in independent credit review, underwriting, and portfolio risk assessment for U.S. commercial real estate loans. If you have strong experience across CRE asset classes such as multifamily, office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value lending portfolios.

Responsibilities

- Perform independent credit reviews of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans across construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
- Validate borrower risk ratings, review loan documentation, collateral valuation, and policy adherence.
- Analyze cash flows, DSCR, stress scenarios, interest rate risk, and refinance feasibility for CRE portfolios.
- Evaluate sponsor strength, property performance, market trends, and portfolio-level credit risks.
- Review junior analysts' work, lead discussions with global stakeholders, and support regulatory examinations.

Requirements

- 8-12+ years of experience in Commercial Credit/Lending with robust exposure to U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
- Hands-on experience with CRE asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotel, or mixed-use properties.
- Strong understanding of CRE loan structures such as construction, bridge, permanent, and mezzanine loans.
- Expertise in credit underwriting, loan review,



portfolio monitoring, DSCR/cash flow analysis, risk rating, and credit policies.
- CA/CPA/MBA Finance or Graduate in Finance with excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
