Job Summary
Position Title: Test Lead — SAP PP Testing (P2F) – Make
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 12–18 months
Reports To: Test Manager
Level: Test Lead

1. Role Summary
Lead SAP PP testing delivery including strategy, governance, and stakeholder management. Ensuring validation of production planning, manufacturing, and integration with logistics and finance.

2. Key Responsibilities
Define and drive test strategy for PP
Review test scenarios and coverage
Oversee MRP, production, BOM validation
Lead end-to-end production testing cycles
Ensure integration across MM, SD, FI/CO
Manage defect lifecycle and priorities
Coordinate UAT and sign-offs
Report test metrics and status

4. Experience Requirements
Requirement Minimum
Total IT Experience: 8-10+ years
SAP PP Testing: 5+ years
PP Testing Experience: Strong
Program Exposure: Large transformation programs

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation,



test execution, and defect management.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
4. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
