Job Summary
Centralize, Audit, and provide support as main SPOC of Resource Management
SPOC and escalation point for client onboarding and offboarding processes, HCL internal processes, guidelines, and any other related process
Maintain central roster of resources
CR alignment of FTEs
Scope alignment and changes against active headcount
Knowledge of exit reasons and analysis of data to be provided internal and externally
Control and audit of location variations/changes from business case
Resource alignment to project code, L4 Unit, tower or project transfers, status, and other alignments
Managing and Tracking, Centralizing and Auditing current hires onboarding and alignment to tracks and projects
PMOs focus on granularity such as Asset allocation, Seat Allocation, ID creation, ESS Updates, Access to Required tools/Apps, Completion of Mandatory trainings, Client specific ID creation, Completion of Client specific trainings, but PMO Lead keeps track of main items and provides support where needed
Maintain onboarding checklist for all resources
Maintain track of scope vs active headcount per project/track
Centralize and submit SR request approval to DPO Controller and/or HR
Support with Hiring process (not limited to the below)
SR raise, validate, approvals and closure
Mapping hired resources to SRs
Tracking attrition and its reasons
Guide PMOs and Ops with contractual requests per vacancy hiring requirements
Reconciliation of all HC requirements with Operations and TAG teams
Validation of HC with RAS.
Maintain a Master HC tracker.




Validate and audit PMO work for exit management and suspension requirements or client guidelines –Ensure all formalities are completed on or before LWD of the employee.
ID Deactivations to be done as per SLA
Maintain ID deactivation and asset return tracker
SPOC for Specific Project/Internal Issues affecting Resources
SPOC for IT/Hardware/Software/Break fix Issues
Understand the follow ups with IT helpdesk for closure of open issues for tracks and maintaining a tracker on issues and their closure timelines.
SPOC for Project Requirements –Understand how to raise PR, Service exchange tickets related to IT peripherals, Project requirements.
Follow ups with Procurement team and ensure timely delivery.
Validation of items/work done in line with the PR raised
Closure of PR in Ariba
SPOC for PI tool
Understand project initiation/modification in PI tool
Manage/create WBS
Manage Role Mapping
Manage RAS alignments and changes required per role
Key Responsibilities
1. To Effectively Identify Root Causes Of Ongoing Issues, Existing Processes And Procedures; And, Determine Quick Resolutions, Improvements And Enhancements For The Same In Assigned Tasks/Projects
2. To Efficiently Implement The Best Resolutions And Enhancements To Improve Existing Processes And Procedures Within Projects/Organization
3. To Create Precise And Detailed Analyses & Reports For Monitoring The Health Of The Business
4. To Create Business Requirements For Enhancing Functionality Of Process Workflows To Improve Customer Experience And Satisfaction
5. To Manage Client And Internal Business Relationships Within Various Assigned Projects To Ensure Smooth Progress And Improvements And Enhanced Functionality.
