Role Description This full-time, on-site Import Export Specialist role is based in Noida and requires proven freight forwarding experience. The specialist will manage end-to-end import and export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and clients, and ensure timely movement of shipments. Daily responsibilities include preparing and verifying shipping documents, monitoring cargo status, handling customs clearance processes,



and maintaining accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. The role also involves communicating with international partners, resolving shipment issues, optimizing logistics costs, and supporting internal teams with updated information on trade regulations and shipment timelines.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Import, Export, and Import Export operations.Candidates should possess experience in Customs Brokerage and related documentation.Candidates should possess knowledge of International Trade practices and regulations.Experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and shipping documentation is essential.Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and familiarity with trade compliance requirements.Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.Proficiency with MS Office and relevant logistics or ERP systems.Relevant diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
