Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in React.js, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects and providing insightful technical guidance and solutions to drive successful project completion. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing team capabilities, ensuring process compliance, and fostering an environment of best practices and innovation.

Applications Developer/Programmer
Develop and optimize reach React.js front-end part of the Assembler application. Architect, deploy, and monitor AWS serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Step Functions) using Infrastructure-as-Code in line with Merck SDLC and security controls. Implement Veeva PromoMats integrations (REST APIs, metadata synchronization, authentication) to guarantee compliant content lifecycle management. Implement advanced PDF assembly pipelines, including template management, font/asset handling, accessibility, and brand compliance checks. Provide production support, performance tuning, and documentation. Has an extensive understanding of Veeva PromMats - its states and permission, as well as metadata and the creation-approval-deployment flow of marketing materials.

Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
3. Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications
6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in javascript, with a robust understanding of react.js and node.js frameworks
2. Experience in leading and managing a team of developers in web application development projects
