Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with solid hands-on expertise in OpenAI/GenAI, Python, .NET Core, and ReactJS/NodeJS. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of architecture, solution design, delivery governance, and leading a multi‑disciplinary engineering team building AI‑augmented enterprise applications. You will work closely with architects, SMEs, DevOps, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of Generative AI across mission‑critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities
AI / OpenAI / GenAI Leadership
• Architect and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into microservices, workflows, and UI modules.
• Define model evaluation, guardrails, data security, and responsible‑AI practices.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to define AI‑enabled use cases.

Backend Engineering (.NET + Python)
• Lead design and development of large‑scale backend systems using .NET Core and Python.
• Build microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and reusable frameworks.




• Implement scalable data access layers using SQL / Cosmos / PostgreSQL.
• Drive code quality, design patterns, security, performance, and cloud governance.

Frontend Engineering (ReactJS)
• Oversee development of modern, responsive ReactJS applications.
• Ensure best‑practice component design, reusable UI libraries, and API integration.
• Review PRs, enforce FE coding standards, and mentor FE developers.

Azure Cloud, DevOps & AKS
• Design cloud architectures using Azure App Services, AKS, API Management, Key Vault, Storage, and Identity.
• Lead Azure Kubernetes (AKS) planning, deployment, scaling & troubleshooting.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions / Argo CD.

Other Requirements
Technical Leadership & Delivery Management
• Lead 10–25 member cross‑functional teams (AI/Backend/Frontend/QA/DevOps).
• Translate BRDs into system designs, sprint plans, delivery roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, risk/issue tracking, architectural reviews, and audit compliance.
• Drive engineering excellence, innovation culture, and reusable asset creation.

Required Technical Skills
Core AI / ML
• Azure OpenAI (GPT models), embeddings, vector DB (Pinecone/Cosmos/Redis).
• Prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines, content moderation, grounding.

Programming & Frameworks
• Python (FastAPI, Flask, ML integrations).
• .NET Core (WebAPI, microservices, Entity Framework, C#).
• ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component architecture).

Cloud & DevOps
• Azure: AKS, App Services, Identity, Monitoring, Logging, App Insights.
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes fundamentals.
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Argo CD.
• IaC: Terraform or ARM templates.
