About the role
Job Summary
The Tendering Engineer Lead is responsible for supporting sales teams by preparing technical proposals, analyzing customer specifications, and estimating costs and resources for customized solutions. This job profile is intended for early-career professionals who apply broad theoretical knowledge and require the ability to investigate and analyse problems. Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Division / Extra Large organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and conduct technical sales briefings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
• Estimate costs, resources, and timelines for product modifications and installations.




• Evaluate sales proposals for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Support troubleshooting and initial user training during implementation.

Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of engineering sales and tendering processes.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to develop technical and commercial acumen.
