Job Summary
This role is accountable for driving operational excellence across large-scale Microsoft Windows environments, managing multi-lingual teams, and ensuring that client service levels are consistently achieved. The individual empowers teams through expert people management, leads process innovation, and ensures seamless communication in both English and Arabic to meet organizational and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee operations and optimize service delivery by leveraging advanced Microsoft Windows administration skills to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and ensure robust process controls.
2. Lead project teams by mentoring and guiding members in both English and Arabic, fostering transparent communication and alignment with project objectives.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by introducing innovative solutions and best practices for Windows-based environments, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.
4.



Analyze and interpret client requirements using advanced Arabic and English communication skills, ensuring technical support and solutions are precisely tailored to client needs and SLAs.
5. Implement effective people management strategies to empower teams, resolve escalated issues, and promote a culture of accountability and high performance across complex projects.
6. Ensure compliance with organizational and client security standards within the Microsoft Windows ecosystem, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring data integrity.

Skill Requirements
1. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Windows system management, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
2. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English for client interaction, team leadership, and reporting.
3. Advanced proficiency in process improvement methodologies and operational systems management.
4. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex technical and organizational challenges.
5. Leadership in multilingual, cross-geography team environments.
