Job Summary
MAINFRAME + WMS Hands-on experience analyzing WMS integrations to identify root causes of issues. Strong understanding of order allocation and inventory management within WMS, covering both inbound and outbound transaction flows. Basic mainframe knowledge to identify failure reasons in servers and perform restarts as required. Working knowledge of Oracle SQL for data analysis and issue investigation. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) for development teams. Skilled in writing manual test cases and performing System Integration Testing (SIT) for applications and integrations. Experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization. To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.





Key Responsibilities
1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs, resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /recent developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers.
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
