Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing operational management with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for ensuring that the support team meets client SLAs while fostering an empowered and effective team environment through strategic people management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Network Development And Automation Tools To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow, Optimizing Business Processes For Better Organizational Planning.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Oversee The Support Team’s Performance To Ensure Alignment With Client Expectations And SLAs, Driving Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication.

Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Implementing Best Practices In Network Development And Automation, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Collaborative Team Culture.
