Business Excellence Framework & Governance Design and deploy Business Excellence frameworks (aligned to ABEx / EFQM / Lean / Six Sigma principles) across the organization Establish enterprise-wide governance mechanisms for process standardization, audits, and compliance Partner with Quality, EHS, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure integrated excellence systems B. Continuous Improvement & Transformation Lead structured improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve cycle times Identify improvement opportunities through data analytics, audits, and performance benchmarking Drive transformation programs aligned with strategic business goals and operational priorities C. Performance Management & KPI Governance Define and institutionalize KPI frameworks aligned with business goals (project delivery, cost, quality, safety, customer satisfaction) Track performance through dashboards and analytics; drive review mechanisms with leadership Enable data-driven decision-making and performance accountability across functions [Strategic...X, FY26-27 | Word] D. Process Excellence & Standardization Map, standardize, and optimize critical business processes across lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations) Ensure documentation, SOPs, and best practice repositories are maintained and continuously improved Drive digital enablement and automation for key processes E. Audit, Compliance & Benchmarking Lead internal audits, maturity assessments,



and readiness for external certifications/awards Benchmark processes and performance against global data center and infrastructure standards Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for systemic improvement F. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Projects, Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) Act as a strategic partner to Head – Quality in driving enterprise-level initiatives Interface with external consultants, auditors, and excellence bodies G. Capability Building & Culture Build Business Excellence capability across teams through training, workshops, and certifications Promote culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Develop internal assessors and champions for excellence programs.
