Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Configure and support Oracle HCM modules including: Core HR Compensation Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Grade & Grade Rate structures
• Support implementation of 4D pay range structures: LDG Job Family Job Function Grade
• Assist in compensation benchmarking and pay transparency initiatives.
• Participate in requirement gathering, CRPs, testing, and user workshops.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.

Technical Responsibilities
• Configure and support: DFF/EFF Fast Formula BI Publisher / OTBI reports HDL/HSDL data loads Approval workflows
• Support ORC customization for: Automated salary fetching Job-based requisition logic Background concatenation rules
• Assist in integration and data migration activities.




• Perform unit testing, SIT support, and defect resolution.

Technical Skills
• Fast Formula HDL/HSDL BI Publisher / OTBI DFF/EFF configuration Oracle HCM Extracts Basic API/integration understanding SQL knowledge preferred

Preferred Experience
• Experience in global compensation or pay transparency projects.
• Exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle HCM latest features.
• Experience working with market compensation data and reporting.
• Understanding of HR compliance and audit reporting.
