Job Summary
1. 5-7 years of relevant experience in large VMware environments.
2. Installation, Upgrade, patching & maintenance of vCenter & ESXi servers.
3. Knowledge on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
4. Install, upgrading and managing VCF environment.
5. Knowledge on VMware Skyline
6. ESXi hardening and security baseline management as per CIS standards.
7. Platform Patch Management
8. Implementation / POC of new solutions / products
9. Resolving ESXi performance issues.
10. Root cause analysis of complex issues.
11. Good communication skills as he/she will be required to join task forces, critical incident bridges.
12. Positive PowerShell knowledge and able to automate daily routine task for big environment.
13. Additional knowledge on NSX-T, vRNI and vRealize stack will be preferred.
14. Good knowledge of vROPS
15. Upgrade & patching of vROPS
16. Creating custom capacity dashboards on demand
17. Creating and managing alert / symptom definitions
18. Running platform optimization exercise using vROPS
Detailed description of work task to be carried out
A SCCM and Windows Infrastructure specialist and developer that must have experience Working with engineering and scripting,



Expert skills with IT-architectural design and documentation. Skills within reverse engineering and documentation is important.
Design solutions of the future of Nordea is done using CI/CD technologies and procedures, so experience in this area is a must.
Current technologies used: JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, Bitbucket(Atlassian suite), Ansible Tower, Packer, SCCM, Windows Server
Platforms in scope: Google, Azure, AWS and on-prem.
The position is to engineer and automate tasks on the Windows and SCCM platform.
Automating processes on the platform using CI/CD technologies and procedures including possible AI technologies for self-healing.
Document the automation and procedures for use by end users, engineers and architects.
High degree of teamwork is needed, and the SAFE SCRUM method is used for collaboration. Experience working with SCRUM is required.
Must-have knowledge and experience
Strong in JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence, Bitbucket(Atlassian suite), Ansible Tower, Packer, SCCM, Windows Server
Strong in scripting and Ansible
High documentation skills
Experience working with SCRUM is required.
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience
Knowledge from financial sector and knowledge from similar positions working as developer in Windows environments
