We're looking for exceptional engineers and leaders to join us in Pune or Bangalore to help build this platform. This isn't a "big company problems, big company headcount" environment - you'll own systems end-to-end, with a bar for technical rigor set by experience at top product tech companies, but a working style built for a company still being built.

Role Overview

Lead finance setup, country transition and post go-live stabilization including RTR and P2P ownership.

Key Responsibilities
• Support finance setup and onboarding for new country operations
• Deploy accounting and P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Manage initial month-end closure and operational stabilization
• Support vendor onboarding and payment setup




• Establish SOPs and control frameworks
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Track project milestones and transition readiness
• Drive process standardization across countries
• Prepare MIS and variance analysis reports

Requirements
• Robust understanding of accounting principles including debits and credits
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones
• Willingness to travel to African countries as required.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred
