Role Description The Liasoning Architect will be a full-time, on-site team member based in Mumbai, responsible for coordinating between architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Daily activities include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and bylaws, and managing documentation for approvals and permissions. The role involves supporting design integration across disciplines, attending meetings with stakeholders, and tracking the status of submissions to government and planning bodies. The Liasoning Architect will also assist in resolving technical and regulatory issues, maintain accurate records of correspondence,



and provide regular updates to project management on timelines and risks.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to interpret and prepare detailed drawings and plans.
- Experience with Integration of architectural, structural, and MEP inputs to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordination, scheduling, and documentation for regulatory approvals.
- Familiarity with basic Software Development or technical integration concepts is beneficial for coordinating with digital design tools and project platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional qualification;
valid registration withrelevant architectural bodies is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of local building regulations, municipal processes, and liaison procedures in Mumbai or similar metropolitan areas.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously.
