Role Description The Quality Assurance Executive (Apparel) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for ensuring that apparel products consistently meet defined quality standards and customer expectations. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting fabrics and finished garments, monitoring production processes, and conducting in-line and final quality checks. The role involves documenting quality issues, coordinating with production and merchandising teams to resolve non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The executive will support quality audits, maintain quality records,



and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with company policies and buyer requirements. Regular interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders is expected to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for apparel products.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Quality Management principles and experience implementing quality systems in manufacturing environments.
Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Auditing, including conducting inspections, reporting findings, and following up on corrective actions.
Candidates should possess relevant technical understanding of product standards; exposure to Food Technology or similar technical disciplines can be an added advantage for process-oriented thinking.
Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in garment manufacturing, apparel quality assurance, or related roles is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical specifications and quality manuals.
Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced production setting.
