- Conduct both online and offline classes, ensuring consistent quality and engagement across all modes of
- Host regular doubt-solving sessions (live and async) to provide timely academic support to
- Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and offer personalized guidance to
- Track and monitor individual student performance, identify learning gaps,



and implement targeted interventions to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment scores; share periodic performance reports with the academic team.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in your field and integrate them into teaching

Qualification
- A strong academic background in Physics, Chemistry and A Masters degree is required; a Ph.D. or research experience is preferable.
- Prior teaching experience in the relevant subject, particularly in the context of competitive exams like IAT, NEST, ISI, CMI, etc. (for Class 11th, 12th & Dropper students).
- Comfortable delivering classes both online (via video platforms) and offline in a classroom
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a explicit, concise
- A passion for education and a commitment to student
