- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, EHS standards, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and contractors.
- Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Coordinate fire safety drills, emergency response activities, and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain safety records, permits, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor machine guarding, electrical safety, work-at-height activities, and contractor safety.
- Promote awareness of safe work practices and continuous safety improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering or related field.
- Diploma or Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or EHS.
- 25 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial safety operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency management.

- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
