Proven 8-10 years experience in Arthroscopy (Sports Medicine) Division
Develop and execute regional business strategic
KOL & Customer Management- Build relationships with KOLs
Strong distributor and surgeon relationship management
Team leadership and business development skills
Passion for achieving ambitious sales targets
Willingness to travel across the assigned region
