Consolidating Accounts, Finance, P&L;, and Balance sheets of the existing three K12 and schools two management Schools under the Trust
Principal Accountabilities:-

- Preparation and finalization of Accounts & Reporting
- Managing and extending required support on day-to-day accounting operations
- Management Reporting & MIS
- Maintain close coordination with auditors for smooth closing of audits/limited review.
- Costing,& Budgeting, and Project accounting for a new school Project underway
- Oversees internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
- Maintaining accounting controls by designing and implementing policies and procedures
- Maintaining and updating routine banking formalities
- Maintaining and updating audit work papers and backup papers for all key points from a closing perspective
- Initiate & follow up on IT initiatives

Statutory Reporting :

- Prepares financial statements, corporate financials, and integrated reports for external stakeholders using appropriate technology.
- Leads effective decision-making through analyzing, evaluating, and communicating the performance and position of entities.




- Prepares financial statements for groups of entities using appropriate technologies.
- Monitor critically evaluate and advise on the relevant accounting standards, regulations, conceptual and financial reporting frameworks

Must have post qualification CA 2016 or before with experience in consolidated
