Group Financial Head
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Group Financial Head to oversee and manage the overall financial strategy and operations of our Group of organization. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, compliance, and sustainable growth across all business units.

� Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
 Monitor cash flow, investments, and risk management.
 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements.
 Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior management.
 Lead and mentor the finance team across group companies.

� Requirements:
 Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
 Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior
leadership role.
 Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory
frameworks.
 Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
