Job Description: A Safety Supervisor ensures a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and training employees. They identify hazards, investigate incidents, and foster a proactive safety culture through inspections and tool box talks. Key duties include monitoring PPE compliance and maintaining safety documentation. Core Responsibilities

- Safety Training & Education: Conducts orientations, specialized safety training, and daily tool box talks to educate staff on hazards and procedures.
- Inspections & Monitoring: Performs regular site audits, inspections, and spot checks to identify and correct unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions.
- Incident Investigation: Investigates workplace accidents, near-misses, and injuries to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensures adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company-specific health and safety regulations. Maintains accurate records of inspections, training, and incidents.
- Emergency Response: Activates emergency protocols, assists in evacuations, and liaises with emergency services.
- Hazard Mitigation:



Develops and implements risk control measures (engineering controls, PPE) to reduce hazards.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, HAZMAT) and industry-specific hazards.
