Job Description:

Job Title : Salesforce/Certinia Finance Functional Trainee Billing and Revenue Management

Job Type : Full-time

Experience : 0-1 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debit, credit, general ledger, and chart of accounts.
- proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Familiarity with invoices, credit notes, billing schedules, and recurring billing.
- Basic knowledge of deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and revenue recognition principles.
- Understanding of journal entries, month-end closing activities, and bank reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation concepts.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.




- Basic exposure to Salesforce concepts, including Accounts, Contacts, Objects, Reports, Dashboards, and Flow.
- Understanding of user stories, test cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of Certinia (FinancialForce) Financial Management solutions.
- Understand and document finance and accounting business processes.
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Billing, and Revenue Management activities.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance)) or CA Inter/CMA Inter qualification.
