We are looking for an experienced Lead Embedded Developer with deep expertise in IoT Embedded Applications to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of embedded software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build end-to-end embedded software architecture for IoT applications.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and drive engineering decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Linux-based embedded software.
- Manage software updates and lifecycle for embedded devices.
- Perform system-level debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.




- Design and implement multi-threaded and concurrent software solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of 3 5 embedded engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with Linux Embedded Systems
- Hands-on expertise in ARM and AMD/x86 architectures
- System-level debugging and performance optimization
- Multi-threaded and concurrent software design
- Experience with embedded communication protocols such as MQTT and MODBUS
- Strong understanding of embedded software architecture and device software maintenance
- Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience
