Customer – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Customer Master lifecycle including onboarding, hierarchy management, enrichment, and deactivation
- Lead Customer MDM operations, SLA/KPI management, and backlog prioritization
- Improve SAP ↔ Salesforce customer data flows and re‑implement push‑to‑SAP processes
- Enable bulk account creation and standard onboarding workflows
- Establish data governance policies, stewardship model, and approval workflows




- Drive data quality dashboards and remediation initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
- Coordinate MSP delivery and internal resources for execution

- Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 6–10 years experience in Customer MDM / CRM data governance
- Strong exposure to SAP Business Partner, Salesforce Account model, EBX or similar
- Experience managing hierarchies, data quality, and global customer onboarding
- Strong business partnering and leadership capability

Preferred Characteristics

- Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization
- Effective stakeholder and vendor management
- Continuous improvement mindset and robust sense of ownership.
- Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
