Designation-Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Description -Serve as the Central SPOC for offline proposal processing and policy issuance ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Operations, Underwriting and IT to deliver superior turnaround times and an excellent partner experience.

1-End-to-End Policy issuance -Own the complete proposal lifecycle from inwarding to policy issuance.

2-TAT & Service Delivery-

Ensure timely policy issuance by proactively managing ageing cases and meeting defined SLAs.

3-Discrepancy Resolution-

Drive timely closure of proposal discrepancies by coordinating with Sales, UW and Operations.

4-Stakeholder Coordination-

Act as the central SPOC between Sales, Inwarding, Corporate Operations, Underwriting and IT for seamless proposal processing.

5-Quality & Compliance-Ensure complete documentation, process adherence and processing accuracy.

6-MIS & Process Improvement-

Maintain operational MIS, monitor productivity and recommend process improvements.
