Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge apparel collections. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fashion trends, garment construction, fabric selection, and product development, with the ability to transform concepts into commercially successful products.

Key Responsibilities

- Research global fashion trends, market insights, and customer preferences.
- Develop seasonal collections, mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, prints, and accessories for each collection.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality teams throughout product development.
- Ensure designs meet brand standards, target pricing, and production feasibility.
- Review garment samples, conduct fit sessions, and recommend improvements.
- Approve color standards, fabric quality, and final product samples.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers for fabric sourcing and sample development.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and design assistants.




- Maintain design documentation, tech packs, and product specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of design projects according to seasonal calendars.

- PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software (Preferred)

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in innerwear, garments, apparel, or textile manufacturing.
