Job Description:

Core Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning personnel and supervisors across multiple shifts.

- Quality Control: Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules.

- Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor stock levels, order cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage departmental operating costs.

- Maintenance Coordination: Report room damage or broken fixtures and coordinate routine repairs with the engineering or maintenance team.

- Guest/Client Relations: Resolve complaints and handle special cleaning requests promptly.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality, healthcare, or facility management.

- Skills: Solid leadership, organization, communication, and high attention to detail.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety regulations (like OSHA guidelines in health facilities) and cleaning chemical safety.
