Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition skilled with 5-10 years experience. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building robust talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to attract and retain top talent.

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Industry-Specific Hiring: Focus on roles across real estate functions such as project management, construction, sales, leasing, and corporate support.

- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.

- Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand in the real estate talent market through campus drives, job fairs, and digital platforms.

- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and organizational policies.

- Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5years in the real estate sector.

- Strong knowledge of real estate roles and industry dynamics.





- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.

- Strong understanding of compensation structures and market benchmarking.

- Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
