The Opportunity:

Avantor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - Specialized Services to support the operations of the HR Shared Services Center. Reporting to the Supervisor - Specialized Services, the role is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of HR Specialized Services transactions. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality HR services, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

- Lead the Europe and AMEA Specialized Services team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including recent hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatoryrequirements.
- Monitor and analyze transactional processes to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive workenvironment and promoting professional development.
- Develop and implement knowledge articles and best practices for transactionprocessing.
- Point of escalation for complex employee inquiries and issues escalated by theteam.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, transaction volumes, andservice level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Specialized services, withsome supervisory or leadership role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.




- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- High proficiency in English language both written and spoken
- Proficiency in other regional language desirable
