LN Construction is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. If you're passionate about delivering quality projects on time and leading high-performing site teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.

- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and costs.

- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.

- Prepare and present project progress reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.





- 10+ years of relevant project management experience (15+ years preferred).

- Experience in high-rise building construction.

- Solid leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, construction methodologies, and quality standards.

- Willingness to stay at the project site until project completion.
