Our agents help businesses answer customer questions instantly, recommend products, capture leads, track orders, book meetings, automate workflows, and increase conversions. We are building for a world where every business will have AI agents working across sales, support, marketing, and operations. Now we are looking for someone who can build our organic growth engine from the ground up. The Role We are hiring an SEO & Content Growth Manager to own organic growth across SEO, content, AI search, on-page optimization, off-page authority building, and distribution. This is not a basic content writing role. This is not a keyword-stuffing SEO role. This is a role for someone who can create high-quality content, rank on Google, build authority across the web, distribute content smartly, and turn organic traffic into leads and pipeline. You will help StepsAI become discoverable across Google, AI answer engines, communities, and high-intent search journeys. In simple terms Your job is to build content and SEO systems that bring the right audience to StepsAI and convert that attention into leads. The Core Mission Your primary mission is to build StepsAI’s organic growth engine. That means creating high-quality, search-led, AI-search-ready content that earns attention, rankings, backlinks, mentions, trust, and leads. We are not hiring someone to publish generic SEO blogs. We are hiring someone who can understand our customers, find what they are searching for, create content they actually want to read, and distribute that content where it matters. You should be able to combine: Strong writing SEO strategy On-page SEO Off-page SEO AI search optimization Distribution Analytics GenAI workflows What You Will Own SEO & Organic Growth Strategy You will build the SEO and organic growth roadmap for StepsAI. This includes Keyword research Search intent mapping Competitor gap analysis Topic clusters Pillar pages Blog strategy Use-case pages Landing page content Content calendar Organic growth experiments You should know how to decide what content should be created, why it should be created, who it is for, and how it will drive traffic, leads, or pipeline. 2.High Quality Content Creation You should be able to write and edit excellent content. You should create Blogs Guides Comparison articles Use-case pages Industry-specific pages Case studies Product-led SEO content AI agent explainers Customer problem articles Founder-led thought pieces FAQ and answer-style pages We care about content that ranks, but also content that people actually read. You should know how to write strong headlines, hooks, intros, examples, structure, CTAs, and conclusions. The content should not feel generic, robotic, or AI-generated. It should feel sharp, useful, and built for real business owners, Shopify merchants, operators, and decision-makers. 3.On-Page SEO You will make sure every important page is structured to rank and convert.



This includes Page titles Meta descriptions H1, H2, H3 structure Internal linking URL structure Schema markup Featured snippet optimization Entity-based SEO Content refreshes CTA placement Blog-to-demo conversion paths You should know how to make content easy for Google, AI engines, and human readers to understand. 4.AI Search, GEO & AEO Search is changing. People are not only using Google. They are also using AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews to discover tools, compare products, and make decisions. You will help StepsAI show up in these new search journeys. This includes Answer Engine Optimization Generative Engine Optimization AI-search-ready content structure Clear definitions and explanations FAQ-style content Entity-rich content Citation-worthy content Comparison pages Source-worthy statistics Brand mentions across the web Content that AI tools can understand, summarize, and cite You do not need to have a formal “GEO” title before, but you should understand where search is going and be excited to learn fast. 5.Off-Page SEO & Authority Building You will help build StepsAI’s authority across the web. This includes Backlink strategy Guest posts Founder quotes Digital PR Startup directories SaaS directories AI tool directories Shopify ecosystem directories Newsletter mentions Community mentions Partner mentions High-quality referring domains We do not want spammy backlinks, link farms, PBNs, or low-quality paid link packages. We want someone who can build real authority. 6.Distribution Publishing is not enough. You should know how to make content travel. You will distribute and repurpose content across channels such as: Reddit Quora LinkedIn Founder-led posts Communities Newsletters YouTube descriptions Product directories AI tool directories Partner ecosystems You should understand how to add value in communities without spamming or damaging the brand. The goal is to get the right people to discover StepsAI, trust StepsAI, and take action. 7.Content Systems You should not become the bottleneck for every piece of content. The best person for this role can write strong content themselves, but also knows how to build a content production system. This may include Creating content briefs Using freelancers or writers Editing drafts Creating design briefs Repurposing content Using AI tools for speed Creating publishing workflows Maintaining quality control Refreshing and improving old content We want someone who can build a system, not just write alone. 8.GenAI-Native Workflow You should know how to use AI tools aggressively, but not lazily. You may use GenAI for: Keyword clustering SERP research Content briefs Draft support Editing Repurposing Internal linking ideas FAQ generation Content refresh audits Competitive analysis Reddit and Quora research GEO/AEO testing But we do not want generic AI slop. AI should help you move faster. It should not replace judgment, originality, taste, or quality. What We Care About We care about outcomes,
