Role & Responsibilities:
International calling & cold calling
Upwork bidding & proposal management
Client communication via email & calls
Lead generation and follow-ups
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with Upwork bidding (preferred)
Confidence in handling international clients
Basic understanding of IT / digital services
Target-driven and self-motivated
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
