Minimum Experience
✅ 5+ years in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry .
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Expand retail coverage in General Trade (GT) and Up-to-date Trade (MT).
• Drive primary & secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team.
• Ensure timely collections, credit control, and adherence to company sales policies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory development plans.
