This role is responsible for growing lubricant sales and managing key customers in the Construction & Infrastructure segment across the West region.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for top line & Bottom line of Customers cluster being handled.
- To track and maintain accurate market information related Construction & Infrastructure business, Govt Policies.
- Lead, build & nurture value selling with the customers
- Maintain top level relationship with Key accounts/OEMs of segment.
- Track Recent Projects and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for providing technical support.
- To participate in customer seminars / training programs for customers and sales team, as per need
- To maintain a clear and accurate understanding of competitive landscape/Market needs and suggest the modification companys product range.




- Initiate Marketing Activities related to one's segment Brochures, participation in exhibitions, advertisements etc.
- To arrange the production of reports on specific market topics as may be necessary from time to time.
- Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety (HSEQ) Policy are adhered to
- To carry out any other duties as may be from time to time requested by the Vertical head.

Qualifications

- 8 - 10 yrs experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing of Heavy Equipment /Services OR consumables. Experience in selling equipment, spare parts, AMCs, or services to construction customers:
