Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process Samples, Finished Products (FP), and Stability Samples.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and reference standards.
- Maintain analytical records, laboratory notebooks, and test reports as per cGMP and GLP requirements.
- Perform calibration and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and laboratory deviations.
- Follow SOPs, STPs, pharmacopeial requirements (IP, USP, BP), and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the QC laboratory.
- Support method validation, method transfer, and stability studies.
- Coordinate with QA and Production for timely sample testing and product release.
