Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the Elevator, Escalator, and Mechanical Parking industry.

Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering.

Language Requirements:
Mandatory: English, Kannada, Hindi.
Preferred: Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities in the elevator, escalator,



and mechanical parking segments.
Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and business development strategies.
Conduct technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of the Elevator, Escalator, and Mechanical Parking industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent statistical analysis and sales forecasting capabilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
