Role Description
This is a part time, remote role for a Student Counsellor. The StudentCounsellor will guide students in identifying suitable courses and career pathways, offering expert advice on study abroad opportunities and international exam preparation. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one counselling, addressing inquiries, ensuring excellent customer support,
and assisting students in navigating academic and career decisions. The role entails nurturing student aspirations by creating personalised recommendations and fostering a trusting and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to guide students in making informed educational and career decisions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and address their queries
- Familiarity with Education systems and study-abroad opportunities
- Empathetic and approachable mindset to build trust and offer reassurance
- Strategic and time-management skills
- Experience in international education or language coaching is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Human Services, or a related field
