Position: SIOP Manager

Location: Daman

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process.
- Coordinate demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Procurement.
- Monitor inventory, material availability, plant utilization, and on-time customer deliveries.
- Track key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, OTD, Inventory, Capacity Utilization, and Plan Adherence.
- Identify planning risks, resolve supply-demand gaps, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support business decisions.
- Lead customer order fulfillment and aftermarket operations to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective utilization of SAP and planning tools while maintaining planning accuracy and process compliance.




- Mentor and develop the planning team to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, Capacity Planning, and MRP.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (PP Module) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of KPI monitoring, forecasting, and operational reporting
