- Analyze insurance operational processes including premium flows, bordereaux processing, expense allocations, and reporting hierarchies.
- Support finance and accounting functions through process reviews and reporting enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure business requirements align with strategic and operational objectives

- Review regulatory and statutory reporting submissions to identify data gaps, process inefficiencies, and reporting risks.




- Analyze reporting outcomes and convert findings into enhancement requirements for existing reporting models and processes.
- Support ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting transformation initiatives.
- Utilize Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, and similar analytical tools to assess data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with data and technology teams to enhance reporting models and automate manual processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Validate business requirements through testing and user acceptance activities.
- Utilize Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, and similar analytical tools to assess data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with data and technology teams to enhance reporting models and automate manual processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and recommend sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
- Qualified qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
