Role Overview

We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive to grow our Mumbai business — acquiring new corporate clients, managing key relationships, and achieving sales targets, while delivering the premium service All 4 Season is known for.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events
- Prepare and present travel proposals; negotiate and close deals
- Build long-term client relationships; drive repeat business and upselling
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Coordinate with Operations, MICE, Holidays, and Accounts for smooth service delivery




- Maintain CRM records and sales reports (Daily, weekly & Monthly Activity Report)
- Share market insights with the leadership team to support business planning.
- Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Ticketing, Visa, Holidays, MICE, and Accounts teams for smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with Accounts for timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Travel, Hospitality, Airlines, Hotels, or MICE
- Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
