We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Gujarati, Marwadi & Rajasthani Cuisine Chef to join a prestigious Private Residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in authentic regional cuisine and a strong background in serving HNI/VIP families or luxury private residences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine with exceptional taste and presentation.
- Design and curate daily and seasonal menus based on family preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Source and manage premium-quality ingredients while minimizing wastage.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and timely meal preparation.
- Cater to special dietary requirements and customized meal preferences.




- Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion within the residence.
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service.

Key Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Private Residence Chef, Luxury Villa Chef, or Five-Star Hotel Chef.
- Expertise in Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine is mandatory.
- Experience serving HNI/VIP families or private residences will be highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of traditional recipes, regional cooking techniques, and ingredient selection.
- Excellent kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety practices.
- Professional, disciplined, well-groomed, and trustworthy.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and deliver personalized hospitality.
