Role Overview

As an International Sales Executive, you will engage with international leads, understand career goals, and guide professionals toward suitable IT certification programs. This role involves managing the complete B2C sales cycle for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with outbound international leads (US/Canada/UK).

* Conduct career counselling via calls, WhatsApp, and email.





* Recommend appropriate IT courses based on learner needs.

* Manage follow-ups and close enrollments.

* Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.

* Make 150-200 outbound calls daily.

* Maintain CRM, MIS, and lead tracking.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

* 2-6 years of experience in international B2C sales, EdTech sales, or voice process.

* Robust English communication skills.

* Comfortable working night shifts.

* Proven persuasion, objection handling, and closing ability.

* Target-driven with incentive motivation.
