Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Engineer for one of our reputed builder clients in Navi Mumbai (Nerul).

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure projects progress according to schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare Estimate and planning, check Contractor RA Bill, manage materials inventories, etc. as required
- Prepare, monitor, and enforce job safety analysis to ensure a safe working workplace for all personnel.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and expenditures incurred.
- Prepare a daily and weekly progress report and send it to HO.
- Prepare materials and manpower planning in advance for running construction activities smoothly.




- Guide construction workers by applying knowledge, tools and techniques to meet project needs
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes to address challenges and achieve project goals.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation and permits are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates Profile:

- Dip/Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of work experience in real estate or related to a real estate firm.
- Ability to lead and manage a project site independently
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
