Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores departments.
• Minimize production losses, downtime, and material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
• Prepare production reports and lead the shop-floor team effectively.

Desired Skills

✔ Solid leadership and team management skills.
✔ Good knowledge of marble manufacturing processes.
✔ Problem-solving and production planning abilities.
✔ Familiarity with production reporting and ERP/MS Office is an added advantage.
