We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to expand our global B2B customer base for gold jewelry exports. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and building relationships with international buyers.
Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, trade directories, and trade data.
Identify importers, wholesalers, distributors, and jewelry retailers.
Find and verify business email addresses.
Execute cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Requirements Excellent written and spoken English.




Experience in B2B sales or international business development.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and lead generation tools is preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
