Job Description

- Drive specification-led demand creation across premium residential projects, including villas, luxury apartments, and high-end developments.
- Influence product selection at the concept and design stage of project development.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and boutique developers.
- Conduct design consultations, technical discussions, and product presentations to key stakeholders.
- Create and manage a high-quality pipeline of specification opportunities and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with sales teams, channel partners, and other internal stakeholders to support specification conversion into orders.
- Provide consultative technical guidance aligned with architectural, structural, acoustic, and thermal performance requirements.
- Support market development initiatives, identify emerging influencers,



and provide market intelligence on trends and competition.

The Successful Applicant

- Graduate Engineer and/or MBA from a reputable institution.
- 7 to 10 years' experience within premium building materials, architectural systems, façades, windows and doors, or related sectors.
- Proven experience engaging architects, consultants, and specifiers.
- Robust consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and technical discussion skills.
- Ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop long-term professional relationships.
- Commercially driven with a proactive, opportunity-hunting mindset and the ability to navigate longer sales cycles.
